Schools / Tours
Canadian Air & Space Museum is a focal point for aviation related activities in a variety of ways.
Group tours are available for any group, and can be tailored to meet your needs. School group tours are aligned with the Ministry of Education and Training's "The Ontario Curriculum", and can be specific to individual class needs.
The Museum is developing as a hub for several types of technical training, where needs of schools, colleges, universities, and aviation industries are co-operatively met through the sharing of instruction and resources on site. The opportunity for students to develop skills while working on an actual aircraft restoration is a special advantage the museum site offers.
To complement the collection, the Canadian Air & Space Museum also sports an extensive library and research center. If you are interested in researching the history of aviation in Toronto, Ontario, or even Canada, feel free to check with us. We have many documents and manuals, an extensive photo archive, and a library chock full of informative books. Schools, colleges, and universities are encouraged to use the museum as a research center.
